Our Classes

Bouldering Basics

Our bouldering basics class is perfect for first-time climbers or for anyone new to the sport who is looking to get some basic technique under their belt without the trial and error of learning it all on their own. Classes last an hour and a half and cover basic climbing techniques in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

Class cost is only $29 and it comes with a free week trial membership so you can come practice your newfound skills. Reservations are required and classes do fill up, so please call ahead or book online to reserve a spot.

Yoga

Our yoga classes offer climbers a holistic approach to strength, flexibility, and recovery. Improve body awareness while enhancing concentration and the present-moment mindset.

Class cost is only $14. Included with the day pass and free for Members.

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM with instructors Wendy and CJ
