Join us for a YOGA NIDRA workshop on Sunday, September 20 at 7pm
Experience the benefits of Yoga Nidra at The Refuge Climbing & Fitness. This class will begin with some gentle movement to prepare your body for a guided meditation that will take you into deep relaxation. Students may reach a “sleep-like” state, while maintaining full consciousness.
Yoga Nidra has been used to reduce tension and anxiety, and is a truly unique experience that is suitable for all levels. The class will run for approximately 75 minutes. Students may want to bring a light blanket and/or small cushion as they will be laying on the floor for an extended period of time. Bring your own mat if you have one – there will also be extras on hand.
This class is FREE to members or those with a day-pass. It is limited to 10 students and pre-registration is required, so save your spot! Class will be led by certified yoga instructor Ginger Blackburn. Please get in touch if you have any questions, and we hope to see you there!
